Founded in July, 2002, SEBC aims to promote innovative research in the frontier of soil science and technology, commercialization of soil and environment remediation technologies and to serve for sustainable agriculture, eco-environment safety and human health.

Headed by Dr. & Prof. Yongming Luo, SEBC has more than twenty members, including senior researchers and graduate students.
